When ordering, you will receive a confirmation to the e-mail you have provided. Check that this is according to the order. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the arrival and departure dates, as well as everything else of importance to the order, are correct. Please contact us if any information is incorrect, or if you not receive the confirmation.
Payments that have not been settled at the time of booking are made at check-in.
Prices will vary from season to season. The price stated at the time of the order is binding for both parties.
Cancellation/change of order
Cancellation rules that apply to your booking depend on the type of booking you have completed. Always check which rules apply to your booking on the booking confirmation. We have a 30-day cancellation period before arrival.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 11:00 departure day.
In case of late check-in, or check-in outside reception opening hours, you will receive an email or text message with all the information.
Events beyond our control, such as strikes, fire, extreme weather and other things that make the stay impossible, we reserve the right to cancel without further responsibility to pay compensation.
We recommend that all our guests get cancellation insurance with their own insurance company, which covers cancellations due to illness, among other things. We also recommend that all our guests have valid travel insurance.
